the software its from original ecu when car had  2500cm3 engine, then i replaced engine , ecu dde.

no i wnat to puth back the original ecu, and because off two mutch flash, i have user fild full.

What i was reading only ktag solution , will fix this. Buth i dont have the solution.

regarding empty sectors, what was supposed to be there?

how difficult its to flash 530d firmware, with the tune from other ecu?

uif is not flash counter, you can flash also without writing uif, and so i can not understand why this ecu was flashed like this, without any logically reason...

i give you also more hints from what i can read from your threads: you can't mix files like downgrade upgrade your ecu via obd and programmer but you need to reflash a full zb and then re apply your mods, you don't know some of the logic that there is in an ecu and so you will do wrong thigs, every bmw data file has a matched program file so if you flash with a programmer something that is not matched the results can be unattended and these numbers have nothing to do with the printed pn on ecu. Ecu printed pn can have many compatible zb so many program number and many data number.

Every time I attempted to fix the smoke issue, I first flashed it with the default winkfp (default parameters). Since not all tuners and solutions were effective, some attempts to improve the car resulted in it not starting. Consequently, these attempts led to some futile ECU flashes.


ISTA-P is suggesting the replacement of the ECU because it is unable to flash the DDE again and believes that it requires an updated version of the software.


I haven't tried any other software besides what is shown in the UIF flash history. Additionally, some of these updates were selected by ISTA-P.


I hope this conveys what I intended to express.

Delete that sectors that i posted, flash with ista p is useless if i step shipment and fa are not correct. Flash ecu without writing uif if you want to do only restore, or better do a partial read with kess and store your ori. For zb number to flash i need to know vin of the car or if swapped engine the donor vin.

Missing 7807167.0pa file spdaten v60.

It can be flashed in expert mode only.

if winkfp can't find 7807167.0pa then you datas are corrupted(mixed versions because it's not possible that winkfp is searching for 167 if you have 898 present, 898 is newer than 167 and so you have mixed sp data versions) Anyway your exper mode params are correct for 7811481, first prog program, second prog data, and then code it with ncsexpert.
