hello all hope all well i have a Q5 2.0tfsi 2011 come in with no reverse and only odd gears i scanned this car and got P176D gear selector 4 cannot be regulated im fairly new to this transmission only thing i did this far is removed the oil and found 4.5litres which should be 7 litres i am getting odd gears will oil level cause such if i were to topp up if problem remains what can i check next regrds

The first oil fill is about 7 liters. The service oil procedure indicates that you have some temperature in order to do all oil enchange. May you have to wait for less temperature in order to get more oil.
The common faults in this transmission Is the mechatronics harness like audi666 said. You have to replace it and check the selenoids too. |
