This is not possible.............
You cant to use your Vas6154x head wireless and your Wi-Fi internet at same time...........
For to use both at same time you must buy and to use any extra Wi-Fi USB dongle and select witch will use it..........

RE: VAS 6154B
Exactly what vagvag said
You need two parallel connections
One internet board (wireless or ethernet) which will be connected to the the internet
One internet board for example external usb wireless adapter DWA-131 (used by Bosch) connected to your interface

It is actually possible but you need to do the following:

1. configure VAS6154 in infrastructure mode
2. Pair VAS6154 with your local wifi network (local router) that needs to be the same as your computer will be on
3. Once your VAS6154 will be available via IP on your local network you will be able to select it and use in ODIS.

This way you will have have internet connection as well connection to your VAS6154. But this means this setup will work only locally at your place where your wifi router is present.

Well be sure his main question was to use directly his Wi-Fi (AKA peer-to-peer, computer-to-device) and not to use his modem/router for the wireless share network just around in his place..........

Ok I'm sorry then I didn't understood that question like that. If direct wifi is in question then sure it is not possible without second connection.

RE: VAS 6154B
direct wi-fi connection it is possible ONLY if the wireless adapter knows to work in ad-hoc mode and most of them do not. This is why they use the old dwa-131 with realtek chipset that does it.

If you think i helped you please do take 1 second and press THANKS button thumbsup
