Hi,
Is it possbile to retrofit factory fitted towbar to Astra K without coding or programming? If it's necessary to code car is it possible online  by someone via j2534?

If you need to do it officially (OEM solution) - your can also need to have Trailer Control module (if it doesn't have one).
You would then have to purchase subscription to SPS2 reprogramming session (around 60 eur for 2h) from PSA ServiceBox website. It is possible that you would need to additionally purchase a VCI retrofit code to allow reprogramming IPC and Body modules with different calibrations, as your car's option codes (RPO) would change.

However, this whole procedure could be done by sideloading correct calibration files to the modules via DPS tool.

Do you know where i can get these calibration files?

Yes - people just use a VIN from a similar vehicle with desired option codes to retrieve the files from SPS2 session.

This is not very DIY-friendly, so you're better off finding someone who is already familiar with this process.
