Hello, car has 20k on odo, car was crashed airbags deployed.

Now im facing with problem that car starter/generator is not charging 48volt battery in that case 12v battery is also not charging.
Odis guided functions no luck.

fault:
Voltage converter p168f (sis. malf. safety s1 switch defect)

battery bms p0a9 dc/dc con. performance

battery charge status 31% on alll cells

What i see battery bms relay is open maybe needs reset crash shut off?? problem that i don't have login code to do that and for geko i dont seee a way to get login code or to reset crash.

What to you think guys is it crash in battery or is it related to dc/dc that switch problem?

SOLVED (if you have those two faults and car has crashed and airbags deploid you need to replace dc to dc converter and use odis online) Its not passible to fix dc to dc converter unless module is opened and chip ir re flashed with clean dump.

99% faulty generator. You have to replace it.

there is no faults in starter/generator and its in standby mode.
we and rezt made a decision to change converter.
im waiting for dc/dc replacement part will so later how it goes

change alternator+48volt battery, you poblem will be fixed. Done more than 5 cars now (A6-A8)

You need to check if you have crash data in Airbag or BMS. Without solve this part, the generator doesn't works.
Check the main fuse in the 12v battery, normally after crash, this fuse blow out.

After that, you need to close the bms contactors with Odis in special functions and restart the bms to wake up.

hello use odis clear crash data, charge the 12v battery too 100%, then the 48v will start to charge. else connect a 60+ amp charger to the car. you will need to reset crash shut off first, can't remember, buts its in odis.

No if airbags deployed you must change dc to dc, its one time use.
there are multiple cases you cant fix ir by resetting crash
