Hi don’t know if anyone can help me, I’m trying to find a way of updating the maps by usb, I have done some google work and people say I need fsc codes etc

All can be purchased from eBay but I was wondering if anyone has the file I need for Europe for my cic system to update via usb and have said code

You can use the following program to generate fsc code via BMWAiCoder. And in order to get fsc, here is the file

hi just tried to download the file and i just get a file with a random file extension after unzipping

yes, add the file on a USB fat32 and insert it in the USB port in the car, the one in the glove box or under the armrest start the car and wait for the nav to reboot it takes like 30 seconds max and after you should have the fsc file on the USB that you will use to generate the activation code for maps
