Hello.

There's no immo inside, you can swap ECU ,car will start.
Just need to change VIN if you need with AVDI OBD.

Thanks for the info, unfortunately I do not have AVDI. I have a handfull of other programmers, including Autel Ultra that shows me an option for VIN writing but asking for OTP code or other info regarding immo options. I'm not familiar with Mitsubishi... 

I was hoping for a eeprom read and edit or direct pin connection with VVDI or Autohex / PCM TUNER.  Can't find anything related to pinouts or coverage....

VIN change is not mandatory.
I will give you pinout but I think it's useless with your tools.
You can open it, there's eeprom inside, but the cover is hard glued.
Do you have Tactrix OpenPort2 or J2534 ?
