I need your help,a few days ago I installed cruise control stalk in a car of my brother. Its a 1.6 hdi, year 2007, 90ps.. Everything fits fine, then I started programming with diagbox,peugeot planet 2000
-First in engine ECU; (presence and type of cruise control-with cruis control1 and without speed limiter)The car does not have display of the speed selected on the instrument panel or on the multifunction display!!
-Then BSI;cruise control present
Then I checked in switching module below steering wheel standard parameter measurement, everything is ok;
cruise control on-of, increase switch, decrease switch, pause..all changes with the switching
Also checked parameter measurements for brake and clutch switch (BSI)..pressed,released
Then I drove in 4 and 5 gear over 90-120 km/h..
But cruise control STILL WONT WORK
Did I miss something, please help?

Hi how many wires are there on brake switch?
if 4 wires please check to see physically the the number of contacts inside the brake switch

There are 4 wires on brake switch, also I checked ,there are 4 pins inside brake switch

Possibility of brake switch being incorrect (normally open and normally closed contacts in them)
please try this with caution!!!
find the two wires for the brake lights on the switch(one live input and one output to the lamps)
ignore these wires.
the other two wires bridge it out manually.
test drive vehicle.and deactivate cruise control manually using cancel button if it works.

this may sound daft but did you click on the F5 and save before exit. If that dont work please consider the other menu in Diagbox , I think its called new vehicle preparation, this allows you to perform upgrades. Installing the Cruise Control if not factory installed can be deemed to be an upgrade.

There is a helpful user doc, that will assist from Scary mistakes links.
