Try read the markings on IC4, 8 leg chip right side of picture. What does it say on it?

IC4 number written on it :s330. DVHY. D461

On internet I see this could be read as 93c66. You need to desolder it from pcb.

Hope it works for you, just a note, I don't have the knowledge to clear it nor an good eeprom for this, but maybe someone on the forum can help once the bin file is uploaded.
