final update...
i tried to flash dash with my file
bsi with clusters file
baterry disconected, again 95000kms
tried again with xtool same procedure all good...
in attachment bsi final file by xtool, its diferent from yours Mr.Clusters

No idea why the other changes with xtool, they are not the mileage. So this is solved then?
