I disconnected but works just the first start after that just start and cut off like it has immo again.

Strange. I tryied at least 3 car with this ECU and working fine. Did you read/write in circuit or desolder eeprom?

Desoldered, i did that kind of ecu in the past too, and always work but now its something in it
It has rom error vcds said(P0605)maybe this is the fault it not work properly?
