I do Update aplication from idrive but this is not work. Only solution is downgrade to firmware from 22-11 I-Level. Anyone have some info about this strange issue?? Regards.

Same issue with Entrynav2 after update.
Contacted Connected Drive services without result.
So the solution is downgrade or wait the next update.

Ive had a similar issue before on cars when activating carplay

Solution was log into connected drive app on phone or site delete car from account then re add car and the idrive then worked as normal again with all connected drive services

Interesting! My car lost the weather app after I did map update via featureinstaller and bought fsc code from shady website. I will try this and report back!

Got same problem with entrynav2.
Everything worked before dealer update

After dealer, sadly, only carplay + rtti works.

Is it possible to downgrade?

RE: NBT EVO Connected Drive problem after update I-Level
Don't need to downgrade

1. Just remove/add the car again from Connecteddrive
Or
2. Use AOS - Service functions - Headunit - Reconnect online functions (I don't know the specific name in english but you'll manage biggrin)
Or
3. I'm pretty sure it can be handled by using tool32

Don't ask for FREE FILES
Most tuning fies tested on Dyno by myself
Tuning - DPF Off - EGR Off - or any etc

Certificated WinOLS Trainer

There’s a known backend server issue with connected drive at the moment .

Probably no need to downgrade and will be resolved

Number 2 and 3 dont work. Tested after update and dont work. Number 1 not tested (soft downgraded). Dont have time to update again. Maybe anyone users with this problem test this solution???

But why work after downgrade?
