Hello,

I have a 2015 W212 E250 which was imported from USA. I have replaced the tail lights for UK spec ones but need to know if there are any wiring /pin changes?

Yes. Turn lights to add wire and fog if is needed

SOLVED

Managed to work this out by looking at the wiring diagram on WIS:

Left Tailight and Right Tailight need an extra wire in PIN 3 which goes to the Rear SAM plug 5H (28 PIN Connector)

Left Tailight goes to PIN 25
Right Tailight goes to PIN 15

Then just some coding and the lights will be functional.
