Buy laptop(low or middle class)
Download and install after read instruction. It's very simple.
Buy DAF DIAGNOSTIC KIT (VCI-560 MUX) - price around 2000 EUR
Connect KIT via USB, set wireless connection, and then disconnect USB cable.
Done.

Hi there once all installed and ready to use when i scan truck and it goes in to look ata data it says not available do i have to mount a cd or something thanks

Do you install PRSubset??
Because in PRSubset is data for trucks, and when scan, DAF Davie Runtime connect whit truck, read truck data(VIN, engine and etc) and search in PRSubset. And then show all data on screen.
I've installed DAF software almost 10 times and all working.
If this doesn't fix your error, please post screens.

Only the sub sections and you need the VCI plugged into the truck to actually see it. If you have eportal access it would be better
