Hey guys, so nearly every 08D0WQ i deleted KM worked perfectly.

This time with a friends 135 retrofit cluster, something went wrong. Before we took the cluster apart to solder off the eeprom, he tried the cluster.
No needle moved when turning on the car, which is suspect cuz normally if u put them on, even without right VIN/ODOMOETER, the cluster throws DTC lights but always have working needles.

So i think this was also very confusing.

Took the cluster apart and tried to delete Odometer, after that the Cluster showed miles (Before was KM) and the miles were 999999, so i guess wrong direction of eeprom solder. After turning it around, milage was zeroed out but still it was in miles.

First time when putting it on the car, the right mileage shows up. As soon as im coding it, the cluster switches to 9999999 miles again.

Tried swapping 35080 EEPROM in there, now mileage is also correct with vin, cluster gets the right mielage from the car but i cant code and the needles dont work.


Has anyone a working eeprom for 135 cluster, and 08D0WQ EEPROM ? Would be awesome since the cluster isn working at all right now.
