hi, i have a damage ecu from crafter with engine 2.0 TDI 140HP, i get a similar ecu but is from a seat 1.6TDI, its possible convert the 1.6TDI on the 2.0TDI?

on label i see same HW

it is most likely NOT compatible. 

this can be because different components sizing ( for engine components and internal ECU power consumption)
could be same main HW project from VW,  just different variants
some ECU memory sectors are hidden and can not be read or rewritten

you CAN try to make full BOOT backup from both ECU's, if accessible, and then write the 2.0 backup to the 1.6 ECU, but that might brick the "new" ECU.

You need same HW and SW ecu or as close as possible.. need full reads from each ecu and I can transfer immo

If they are not the same HW and SW you risk to damage/brick the 1.6 TDI ECU.

You need to buy ecu with same number as original 04L907445C.
If You have Flex You can clone it, just read original and write full dump to new one.
