Hello, I've purchased a car from the USA and am converting it to the European version. At the moment, I've changed the region in the type code to ECE and set the VO to Poland, which allowed me to get Polish language without flashing.

I have a few questions about the next steps:

1. I've installed M package bumpers and am switching out the steering wheel for a sport version. Would it be a good idea to add the M package to the VO and code all the modules, or is it better to manually introduce all the changes, such as displaying the car with the M package on the screen, coding the steering wheel, etc?

2. Is it worth it to flash all modules to the latest version? What should I be cautious about so that I don't lose access to the American MY BMW app after flashing?

Can you guys write how it should be done? First change VO to EU, next flash using ESYS, navigation and next use future installer to inject FSC for example for EVO and update maps or ut should look different?

It is always good idea to add M pack to VO. If your car has Driving assistance, the radar sensors behind the bumpers are in different locations and angles and after M pack retrofit without coding they don't work properly especially in highway speeds.
