i found this official software to diagnose and reprograming honda bike :

MCS : Honda Motorcycle Communication system

but it need bosch 6513 vci, i think it is possible to make it work with vcm2 with tweak or passthru device

try with vas 5054a and vcm2 without success.

if someone with knowledge can check it

i have honda car dealer software hds i use it my j2534 cardaq plus3 device i download it now and try to connect any bike and i can give feedback here
