Bmw F10 stopped while driving
Hello members,
Looking for someone with experience for these two errros.. Are these shown the high fuel pump? I was driving and suddenly drivetrain and car stopped. If i need to replace this, what other parts need to be replaced too? Injectors, ramp? Thanks in advance, Adrian learning to code BMW..

Hello.
First of all, check the fuel pump that is in the tank. Is there fuel pressure? You also need to check the EKPS unit, it controls the fuel pump. The EKPS unit is located above the rear right wheel arch, in the cabin under the seatback upholstery. I think your fuel pump is faulty. It is located on the right in the tank under the rear seat. Check the voltage coming to it? If you don't have fuel pumping, the car won't start!!! |

most probably you have to change whole fuel system including rail, injectors, fuel pump, fuel pipes, tank, as your fuel pump failed and whole fuel system now filled with shavings. very common issue for diesel engines.

i've checked yesterday with mechanic, so indeed the high pump fuel it has sparkles in it..
i need to change injection system. Regards, // can be closed, fixed it. learning to code BMW..
