Is there any difference between these two versions of 3Q0 gateways ?
Is one better than other for specific equipment scenario and car type ?

Or just does not play any role, both work equally in all scenarios/cars.

I don't see any difference....both are OK.... Lear has public flashes for earlier vesions on 3Q0 GW, and Conti has latest.....

Last time i must change GW Lear to Conti because firmware from Lear don't suport KLR multif SW. and problem with 2q0 camera.

Conti has better compatibility with newer modules if you wan't to make retrofits!

this is not true.... Lear supports KLR without any issue. Even Conti has problem with 3q0 BSD after AA... Lear has better compatability...

Personally I have notice only one thing, at cars around 2016-2018 which have higher assistance equipment packs from factory comes equipped with Lear GWs from some reason.

But saw some posts here and on another forums which they recommend one or other for some scenarios.
