.... i come from germany 50KM near to cologne , countrysite. there is nobody
with such a tool next to me. i want to by a clone but it would take 4-6 weeks until
it will arrive from china. 
i had to search an other solution for that rav4

Try with carprog
Try to move the transponder sometimes high a little from antenna try several times little bit high little bit more to left or right from antenna
Or serch here for carprog repair

I was also ignorant in this kind of job and i remember when i first time saw a dump file in hex and i remember also when i needed help and by luck i joined here and members started to reply me
And also a member advised to use soft brain.exe and to put big glasses  it was funny but really thanks for this tender familly called

online a used Zed Bull programmer from
privately bought. I got a delivery within
the next week assured. I hope this clone
has not totally bad quality.
i have already modified my carprog clon and
equipped with another coil with 15 ohms. he can
Now read and write one of the two keys.
However, I do not have the possibility to write myself
pg1-pg4, but the immobox file becomes
automatically matched to the key data.

i could read 93lc66 and write both keys. seems to be ok. engine started just for a second like before. 
immo control shines two times...
is it because i lost org file from immobox?
i removed engine ecu and tryed to read ic900. it seems to be empty, or is it bad read?
