RE: FoxFlash FEEDBACK
great device, I haven't had a problem with it yet, although sometimes it doesn't calculate checksums in PCR2.1 and some other drivers

the device is more suitable for Bench / BDM modes, you have to be careful with OBD, especially with older controllers - it does not always work well

in some, EDC17 will not recalculate at all or incorrectly

The MANAGER software together with the main software can sometimes turn itself off or catch a bug when uploading a map

there are no ideals, but the device is constantly supported and patched

price adequate to quality

RE: FoxFlash FEEDBACK
I had it for a month now, for the price is a very good tool, tested on EDC17 obd and bench, MED17 obd and bench, EDC15 obd, EDC16 bench and bdm, never had any errors or issues, let's hope it stays like this. Also is updated all the time and i know from the developer that they are working on new protocols.

Dyno Tested Stage 1 / 2 ECU Remap,
TCU Remap,
Checksum Correction,
Custom Made Programming Power Supply,
PopCorn / Hard Cut Limiter,

RE: FoxFlash FEEDBACK
I forgot to add, you have to be especially careful with the SIMOS ecu series - foxflash does not cope well with these drivers and in many cases it can kill the ECU

they could improve it and add new protocols especially SIMOS 8.4 and 8.5

recently I only had a problem with downloading the EEPROM from the ME7.5 controller with the bench option, after a few attempts I managed to do it

RE: FoxFlash FEEDBACK
i tried on the bench this tool on ME7.6.1 opel meriva 1.2, reading after various attempt because at the end of reading it closes, writing same story, after various attempt at the end of writing (when normally appear popup with dash OFF and wait) the program it closes and ecu does not work.
boot mode not tried...buyed another ME7.6.1 and tried with kt200, no problem with reading and writing.
anyway tried also some edc17 with fox and no problem...its only intricate, i prefer kt200.

Unlocking after OBD worked for me - this is the procedure of disconnecting the battery, everything is step by step, once done it works... but the eeprom after OBD cannot be unlocked, but FLASH is OK

Bench mode unlocks everything

PCR2.1 is sometimes difficult to extract to the Bench option because it is riveted and you need to use a sheet metal cutting device to extract the ECU

For me not working, because after this procedure show unlocked by flash, locked by eeprom and car not starting.
