Hi ,I have e71 N63 2009 year, with BSD problem.First I founded damage IBS sensor.I disconeccted IBS and check oscilloscope BSD .BSD Lin returned to normal.Next I disconected alternator and oil level sensor,error still this same.I think that after disconnecting these components ,there should be errors about lack of communication with these components, and not a general error.I changed driver LIN in DDE  TJA1020. My error is 002E7C BSD data communications fault

Hello. I'm not good with oscilloscope readings, but I've encountered several times that tja1020 came from aliexpress immediately faulty. Is it possible to exchange tja for known good ones? Well, have the masses on the engine been checked?

Why did you chande the TJA1020? your Fault schould be in one of BSD Kabels... I Think The one From DME to 1-st Connection..you need check all... but now you have the Error for Communication thats- your new TJA.....

On the old TJA ,error in DME and oscilloscope waveform BSD ,was this same.I checked ground on the left and right,the cylinder head engine

This vaweform is ok. This is a linbus, 12-0v

If some unit spams this bus with random/crap data, you will ALSO get this fault.

P.S. There should be pauses between packets. From your waveform can't tell anything about those.

P.P.S. It ALSO is possible that WRONG unit is fitted to a car. Was anything replaced recently???

P.P.P.S. Given you replaced TJA you could also check waveforms on it's DME side RXD pin to see whether it is receiving data from the bus, not just sending it.

Client buy car month ego,I see that the DME was changed and the BSD error was removed. The error appears after updating the DME.


Update:Now I connected new oil level sensor ,and all is Ok.Then,was faulty DME,IBS sensor,and oil level sensor.I check alternator,because charging voltage is about 13.5V
