Hi guys.. I need help from Mercedes experts , my problem on that a classe is audio/display not turning on and there is no comunication posible with xentry..Ntg4.5 report also 2 dtcs no comunication with display and controler..I mesure 12v and gnd on screen all ok , problem is telematic can(black wires) from back of head unit to display thay not conected or short somewhere.I like to know if there any slave units on that NTG sistem can cosing this problem or any other idea to solve this?I bridged those can wires only for test on back of the radio to display and I can normaly conect than with xentry but screen steel not show up

You are complicating everything to surreal levels, you need 5 minutes to locate the problem you have between the CAN distributor and the 3 devices that that vehicle has in that CAN.

When you solve that problem it will be easy to diagnose the underlying problem...

Forget about working at a bench and doing tests that don't provide anything useful, as I told you, work on the car.

for bench part it was only an example to beter know this mercedes ntg sistem.. what modules does it need to actualy turn on the screen , or it needs gateway + all multmadia modules together or simply power and can bus directly from hu - to - screen is enough to show up.. this I wanted to get clear

Keep in mind that the HU itself is a Gateway....from that test, keep in mind that the screen is capable of communicating, now let's make it work in the car.
