Hello Group i got one customer car who's bought online from car seller cheater they tuned the car before & turned off all ' On board monitor 4-5 box ' now the only box i can is just EGR valve system nothing else, is there any software WinOls or any tunner can help edit the tuned this file's and re-open turn back on all ' On board monitor box ' so i can start repair or need to bring beck emission test so they can check for pass this car for customer?? it's 2010 ford mustang GT 5.0L manual trans and ford pcm group ' PCM170F' 'It's same group pcm using from 2007-2010 ' i think, i have read full data flash check sum is correct i will upload it here and u folks can see the 'On Board monitor box' show is being turned off only one show EGR system is available ' need turn all back on for what ever application for this vehicle ' 
p/s i ready order used pcm which i will re-programming the VIN & latest flash correct for customer car vin per factory Ford IDS license log in so that i am not worry but want to see if i can able some one have knowledge & tuner can turn all on board monitor back on, any help i appreciated i can fund for some $ for Donation for foruum or who's willing to do charge me fees let mw know ok thanks u
- i have readout pcmflasher full 2MB dump bin file's out, which i think i can either can clone when done reprogramming used donor pcm for this car read & re-write another one bad is tuned [attachment=176406]

thanks u! u guys watching my post and thanks u ' Loki954 ' trying help me edit the file's send it here whic i can't able using it, so after i got another pcm did complate reflash online ford IDS dealerlicense and full restore factory stock calibration now all on board monitors is on now car start and run ready testd drive for complete on board cycle for emission & i also able backup full data 2MB calibration flash for this car so from now on i can reflash many pcm for this car same part pcm group PCM170F no problems at all thanks and thanks u
