ZTAudi  Audi Q5 Gearbox Dl501/0B5 problem
Hello,
can anyone help with this problem

I have a 2010 Q5 2.0 TDI with a 0B5 box. Car on start up gets "handbrake fault", ESP error on dashboard display. The box goes into neutral and the car does not move. The error goes away after a few seconds or minutes, sometimes it comes back repeatedly after that. When it goes away, I get the "transmission fault" error for a short while before it's fine again. Looks like my TCU is losing CANBUS connection. I changed the gear computer, removed the security component, checked the cable to the box and . I also checked the ECU box in the upper right corner of the engine bay and both sides of the trunk where the electronics are for any visible damage. I get the same errors as with the original computer.

I would check charging at alternator terminals, also charging at battery terminals.

Can mean that your alternator does not charge anymore or does not charge all the time (intermittently).

I started driving the car every day. the gearbox constantly shifts to neutral, there are no other errors except Communication with ECM, TCM.
I bought another gearbox (second hand) it is currently with the computer on the other gearbox.
I have replaced the alternator regulator.
The voltage is over 14 volts now.
I have checked the ECM box for water, all the crimp connections are soldered.
The speed connector is dry

Have you checked the fuse and relay box for any broken fuses? Since you are facing multiple communication errors to different ECUs I suspect damaged fuses or wiring harness.

I have checked all the fuses. Most are replacements.
I put the relay from another car, same job.
Which cables should I check? From the gear box to the engine computer, they have been checked. Everything looks fine.
Can someone provide a diagram of the gearbox

What do you mean “looks fine” ?
Wiring is checked for continuity with a voltmeter, visual inspection is useless.
I will look up a diagram for you to proper check your wiring.
