I was wondering if it was possible to do diagnostics and ABL as well, since it was stated that stand-alone ISTAs cannot do secure coding. I don't think the R1300GS has it yet, but I wonder if the ISTA can also do software updates? |

As I understand it that is something completely different. It's like about special cars (like police maybe) which have additional modules. But I did not investigate this much.
