I got today suddenly mentioned error:
0000A1   MRS: No message from DSC control unit or message incorrect ...
4x4 dash sign is on ...
Tried to delete with Ista but no chance.
Car seems to work as it should.
Any idea what can cause this?

Check errors in DSC/Transfer case and repair.

Today, in a strange way, at start all 3 leds on on dash after 10 meter - all went off.
I love when an issue is not constant ...

Hello.
You will announce the entire list of faults!
The transfer case servo drive or steering wheel sensor may be faulty. And if several indicators light up, it may be a wheel sensor, or wheels. Need diagnostics.

IF that is the ONLY fault, no or incorrect message is usually one of 2 things:
1. Mismatching firmware versions
2. Wrong unit installed

BUT given you have 4x4 sign I am quite sure it's NOT the only fault.

ok, to  provide a bit of context.
With 4 days ago, while driving around the city for short distance - dpf sign was on on the dash. no power as usual. after 2-3 km - dpf was off by itself and car was running with full power back.
When i arrived at home - 192718km:
4933  DDE: Air system, air to EGR mass flow, plausibility registered at 192704
497D  Pressure sensor, plausibility while afterrunning: Exhaust pressure before turbocharger not plausible with ambient pressure  registered at 192704
Bit of history - i had this regularily with six months ago but i have replaced EGR - no such error back since then.
at that time i have also replaced pressure sensor - the round one (errors still present, went away just after egr replacement).
(it seems is back ...), i have deleted the errors and had in mind to track if will re-appear.

and the things got worse - with 2 days ago, when i start the car - 4x4 on, airbag and handbrake lights were on on the dash ...
Errors with ista at 192742:
497D  Pressure sensor, plausibility while afterrunning: Exhaust pressure before turbocharger not plausible with ambient pressure registered at 192728
6E3D  DSC: Steering-angle sensor, internal registered at 192730
004L  WS: Slider fault (adjustment operation)
00A1  MRS: No message from DSC control unit or message incorrect
I deleted the errors excepting - DSC one - that couldnt be deleted and the 4x4 on dash remained on. it went off next morning after driving 30 meters ...

short update - today morning i was able to delete the errors - including the DSC one and did a short drive, read again the errors - no one is back but i am sure it will appear. car seems to work normally. ...

It looks like you have 2 unrelated issues:
1. Steering angle sensor is worn.
2. Something with pressure sensors. Could be ambient pressure sensor, could be exhaust pressure sensor, could be clogged tube for exhaust pressure sensor. Impossible to tell without any live data readings.

900 km later and one error persists:
DDE 497D Pressure sensor, plausibility while afterrunning: Exhaust pressure before turbocharger not
plausible with ambient pressure
I have replaced the pressure sensor - round shape one - lets see if the same error will appear.
