Touch command closing blinds
Hi everyone,
Hoping someone can possibly help. I have a BMW 745Le (2019) G12. It had a Gen 2 touch command tablet in the rear. Recently my son has noticed that he can no longer open or close the blinds with the tablet. He is able to change audio source, control volume, change the interior lighting etc. it is just the blinds that no longer work. When we press of the buttons it is as if they do not press, but the are not greyed out. The tablet does not have any defects to the screen or digitizer, all areas are responsive The blinds to close if the buttons on the door is pressed I have used TCSU to reset the tablet and reconnect it to the vehicle but still the same issue. Perhaps there is an option somewhere in the head unit that i may have accidentally changed? Although iv checked everything that i can and have not found anything related. Is there a way to update the touch command tablet? Maybe there is a newer TCSU software? Hope someone can point me in the right direction, i am not very car savy! Many thanks |

RE: Touch command closing blinds
The car was fully coded and updated today using ISTA, the tablet now works again without issues.
Also if anyone needs the latest TCSU (Touch Command Service Updater) here is it, it was downloaded today from BMW AOS. No passwords |
