Wondering if anyone can recommend or link a DTC off / delete decoder that works for the old 2011 BMW 328XI north American so we can delete Cat codes - Our BMW tech says even if we delete monitors it wont pass NA emissions

Just by disabling codes your monitors will never get ready, even with Winols it will not work!!

So everyone is just doing cat off so they don't have to look at the mil indicator

What did you use to read?? Try with davinci msd80(maps file in your archive). SIMPLE: If you remove CAT it wont pass emissions test. But for mil indicator should work.
