first of all i wanna wish happy christmas to all
i encounter with a problem on one MD1CS003 peugeot 5008 auto gearbox. first i trust a "professional" tuning file service company for mod the original file readed with original tool (kess v3) before first read i had perform all necessary procedures (reset dpf ,adblue values & unplug adblue module as "engineer remark" ) car it was in very good condition, far away from me and the customer is the first owner. first i send original file for Adblue+Dpf off & then for add Stg1 tuning. and here comes all the troubles. car had a strange "unknown error" on engine ecu with gearbox light on dash. after run 70km car start smoke and gone in safe mode (3k rpm limit) and pure power. delete dtc P16E8:95 P1412:09 P226d:95 and run ok for other 70k.then start the same. after that i open again ticket on the page that i had pay the files and the support "engineer" he send me a "Last solution from 10. 2023 all ok for other customers" with that last file the car have unstable idle ,smell fuel and after a short drive go on limp mode with dtc P16e8 the final outcome it was the disappointment customer who ask me refund money,write original file and he go to other shop for fix the problem. after a short contact with support on the famus professional file service shop i collect the answer that i attack him for the reason that i pointed him that is not professional to behaves me like a guinea pig. the professional to me mean if cant do something just tell me from begining and not makes experiments with my time-job-money-customers. I pointed also that i have buy a three files for dcm6.2 hyundai and never worked. of course i have buy many other worked files from there (about 18-19). i attach all payed files from "experiments" |
