1- Reset Adblue First.
2- Disconnect Adblue & Pump.
3- Write Mode File.

I could not read with my KT200, but I read and wrote in bench PCMtuner without any problems

A big thank you to all my colleagues for their assistance, especially to my colleague David T, who played a significant role in collaborating with me - he's truly a wonderful person and an exceptional colleague
Summary:
The file from David did not show any errors, but the vehicle intermittently faltered in 3rd and 4th gear, which was problematic.
The file from colleague "Koyot" also had issues in higher gears, causing the vehicle to lose power.
The file from "Jureba" didn't work at all; it didn't even start the engine.
Unfortunately, I didn't have time to test the file from "Eurofix" as the customer was becoming impatient.
We thought that the problem was on the side of the vivaro however DavidT prompted me to have the software done for a fee and this solved the problem for us. The car is on the road and so far no problems.
