E93 MSD80 throttle problem
Hi,
E93 with N43 and MSD80.2, manual transmission, FA in attachment. Rougt running on iddle. No reaction on accelerator pedal at all or die when I touch pedal. I notice, that throttle dont move at all but also no error codes in DME. - check wires from throttle to DME - OK - check voltage supply for hall sensors - 5V OK - disasembly throttle and check motor - run in both direction without problem OK - check voltage reading from both sensors in accelerator pedal - OK Check hall sensors reading in INPA. There are two hall sensors. Reading of second one should be like V2=5V - V1. In my case it's true only for throttle possition >45 degress. From 0 to 45 degress value of first sensor move, but second show stable 2,69V. Connect another throttle but same situation. And like I say before, there was no error in DME. DME's software was 7635282. Check kmm_ATSH and this software was for WK71 code without 843 (power reduction). So everyting seems to be OK. I backup it and flash and code to 8687860 based on HIS file. After flash: - errors from throttle body adaptation show in DME - reading of second hall sensor is same as before. - engine worki same as before. - car don't want to start even when i press clutch pedal - it just turn ignition off. It start only after I code out "start witch clutch pedal" from CAS. - need to hold start/stop button for a while to start engine So, I think somebody before me remove throttle DLC from DME and problem is in DME. I just order secong hand MSD81.2 and will try it. But maybe problem is in software? - Could somebody check, if 8687860 is correct sw version for this car. I dont see any different software in kmm_ATSH and kmm_SG for 205 option and without. - Anybody have clue why problem with clutch pedal and start/stop button after flash occure? Thank you and all good in New Year to all |
