I don't have experience with Anydesk but you can do it with Teamviewer, Hamachi or Radmin.

You dont need to write anything. Just run RemoteEnet on laptop connected to car and use radminVPN IPs as connection address. That it. If ista needed, just put IP into EasyConnect for ENET connection and connect via ediabas connection in ista.
