communication with the server part seems normal to me, since data about the car, including mileage, is transferred to AIR immediately after reading

Ista is lying then.

In my experience no one else can login to aos. Even on same pc as aos ista you can not login to air. When I do that I get the same errors.

I have no problems logging into my account AOS, AIR and everything else works fine, only at this step the backend server is not available

That’s not what I meant to say.

When running aos ista I can’t do anything else besides using aos ista. So NOT logging in to any other service from aos.

Edit: yes I can login ofcourse at the same time but somehow it interrupts connection from ista.

I don't log into any AOS services when I use Ista

I have seen issues when running a test plan if you navigate away from the "ISTA Workshop" page on the website whilst ISTA is open, it seems to kill the backend connection to the session & cause the rest of the programming plan to fail.
I found this when trying to obtain the control unit validation file, I had to cancel the validation part of the test plan then finishing the concluding tasks, then create a new plan to obtion the validation file, go to the website to obtain the response file & then start a new session to load that file into the car.

This problem has happened to me several times.
Have you tried opening the other page in a new browser tab, and the original ISTA browser tab remains intact? Will the connection with the Backend server be interrupted in this case as well?
