Yes, it does. It's one of the "features" plugins that gets installed during the setup process.
I do not have my diag laptop nearby, so I will have to look up the location (or upload this file here) a bit later.

But there is not much new since v14.x.. On the contrary, a lot of info about older projects got removed.
Unless you are working with fresh out of assembly line cars, not much practical reasons to have it.

Also, there is a description file inside each project folder, which described what models are supported.

btw, also look for PRNR-INFO.xml file inside each separate projects folder (available only for ~2010+ vehicle platforms) - it lists the same info shows in VehicleMapping.htm file

As I have mentioned above - C:\ProgramData\OE\Manuals\ (or C:\ProgramData\ODIS_Engineering\Manuals\ for older app version)
