yesterday i have tried to add a key with vvdi bimtool pro on a BMW 6 Series 2016Year cas4+

i unlocked cas trough OBD and after that i maked a dealer key with have a working key. the tool tell me that the new key written and all is ok, but nothing works.

no remote and no ignition nothing.
i checked the MHZ they are same .868MHZ
Also with hold on the steering column nothing happened.

i thought bad key , so i've tried other one and also the same problem .

anyone have a idea where can be the problem?

i will open the key and check it. for cas4+ which transponder are ok to use? only pc7953? or 7945 also?

same key i have learn succesfull on cas 4 f10 withput problem , but today i check the transponder.

Key is from China the M Key Triangle which has for example X5 F15 M package

you are very lucky that your car still starts with OEM key. NEVER DO CAS KEYS BY OBD.
Read CAS eeprom on bench and make key with that data.
When doing it by OBD you are taking huge risk of bricking that CAS, yes, been there, done that, 3/5 CAS cars were bricked, after that i don't even look at OBD solution.

i think the original key is pc7953
and you are using 7945
you can check the transponder with vvdi without opening

@rule i make in last time roundabout 6-7 keys all without problem. everytime with good charger cas 3 cas3 + cas4 only this cas 4 + had problem but maybe it was only the transponder.

anyway bench is alway safer method thats right

I don't agree with you, you can do all by obd only CAS3++ not ( depends on SW)
I do it only obd and no trouble.

now i have checked the keys. ORI KEY is 7953 and the new Key ist also 7953

so its the right transponder i dont know where is the problem. nothing works no remote no ignition. and 2 keys tested
