Standard BMW PSdZ(SDP) never contain data for Toyota Supra. Supra is only in ISTA4J29, link already posted(that what you ignored).

You can not update Supra with ISTA 4.39.xx, why you will mixed up PSdZ from BMW and Supra? Use PSdZ from Supra with E-Sys in separated folder and done.
