Hi all.

I have one F10 2015 that doesnt start.
Cas4 is bricked and I need to fix it using new used CAS.

Customer send me hes DME, keys and CAS that is bricked.

How do I go further with this?

Write ISN from DME and EGS, and then make new keys? Or something else?

In the new CAS write ISN and VIN from the engine ECU, probably ISN from the EGS or reset iSN if you can, erase the old keys  and program again based on the new CAS!

in the most cases, the old cas can be readout on bench read Dflash and eeprom and write to ne new or new(used) cas and you're done.

Hi, need more information, very often can be corrupted only dflash , first put here your ori files epom+dflash, and second tell what type of DME do you have and type of EGS.

Hi again everyone.

Needed to order new (used) CAS4. One guy managed to fix my original P flash.

On D flash, I wrote ISN from EGS and DME, key frequency and VIN number. Bimtoolpro couldnt add the key for some reason, so I used Autel im608 pro on bench and it was with sucess.

I also flashed CAS with Autel on bench.

Answer to @BmwMerc this customer was for 3 months wihtout hes car, 2 workshops before me couldnt fix the problem but I did. Have tools for locksmith but never had time to learn this.
