RE: Hyundai IX35 1.7 CRDI
I am dealing with a similar problem, but Kia sportage 2008 2.0 crdi 103kW EDC16C39
The car had a bad egr and a problem with passing through the DPF. Car already has EGR removed (blinded) DPF (removed from car). -all software removed -Cleaned throttle valve -cleaned MAF after cleaning the MAF Yesterday and this morning the car ran normally at full power and revs above 3000 rpm. I suspect a camshaft or cranksahft sensor because after warming up the car already goes to 3000 rpm. And I don't like the throttle either. I captured LIVE data only with LIMP mode, I need to track the values tomorrow when the car is not in LIMP mode. Also no dtc. |

RE: Hyundai IX35 1.7 CRDI
Try to give your car full throttle after starting. The car exceeds 3000rpm and falls asleep at 3000rpm. Live data throttle 4.7° this value does not change. With the throttle off, the car also starts and behaves the same. For her to be the cause? I will try to take it out and disassemble it to see if there is any oil in it.

RE: Hyundai IX35 1.7 CRDI
The cause was the throttle valve, the teeth on the gear inside the valve were broken.
