Hello!
Maybe someone can help me with my file. Today I had the chance to go on a dyno with my SQ5 and the results were not as good as I hoped they will be.

The main problem is, that IQ drops after 3500rpm so does the torque and so does the power. I really like to understand why. With VCDS logging I cant pin that down. In addition the specified Boost drops to 3400 but in all main Boost maps I want to have 3500 mbar til redline. I do not get that too.

I tried cheating with NM2IQ conversion maps but power stayed the same. So it must be some kind of IQ limiter, duration limiter or lambda limiter imo. 

til 3500rpm everything is fine. It made 770nm but only 360HP. 

Smoke Limitation is higher than torque limitation what I can see from logs.
I also tried deactivating all of the Temperature limation. But that also did not gain any HP.

I really do not want any file or something. Just a discussion what might be the problem.
I also know, that my file is far away from complete. But before the ECU does not do what I want from it in terms of IQ/torque I leave most of the rest alone.

i know a guy with a dyno, and before he tunes a car, he will insist on a new air flow/mass meter being installed, even if there's no faults stored, he runs the dyno, then installs a new air flow meter and shows the impovement on the graph before he tunes, he wont tune a car unless it has a new meter installed, just my two cents, goodluck.

Thanks for your post. I will not say that a new MAF wont improve the overall performance, but in that case the smoke limitation seen in logs is higher than the actual torque value. That means imo that the ecu "sees" enough air for more torque/IQ.

Solved. Problem was EGT related. two single value egt limiter (upper and lower border).
