Update:
Upgraded 5NA920790B 3193 to 3195 via SDCARD (from mibsolution), takes ca 30-40 minutes.
3195 fix R-Design tube with the multiple display of the digits Km/h, but I'm unsure if "view" button on steering wheel is supported in this version or 5NA920790C is needed.

In order to get VIEW button working you need C version of FW.
I am also looking for 5NA920791C firmware but it's impossible to find it..........

There is a ODIS flashfile for 790C on mibsoultion, but no flashfile for 791C. (will test to flash it when my new dash comes)
No one wants to share or sell sdcard version 790C/791C.
Only screenshots like yours proving that files exist and update is possible.
