Hello,
Im had second time the same problem. XP400Pro key adding on 0L15Y cas3+ BMW E93.
Car has 2 keys. Adding next key- for ex. on 4th posiotion in cas went ok, eep write to cas but car wont start on new key.
Reading key - it says its 3rd posiotion key NOT 4th as its writes as autel- maybe there is problem?
Original key working fine.

Whats wrong with autel solution? Before update i dont had any problems with that old cars...
Can somebdoy take a look for cas files.

Personally never wrote back any eeprom just make dealer key and start directly car
Mostly your problem is writing back eeprom

cas3+ dont need to write? As i think only cas cas2 start without writing.

Seriously strange, but i will test w/o writing.

Renew your key by dump and try again as raffy haddad says .

No need write back nothing with cas1-cas4 ......
Write original eeprom and car working with new key...
