Hi everyone I have a clicking problem on 1.6tdi CAYC engines after changing the computers even though I coded the injectors correctly still the same problems I tried to flash with ODIS but it doesn't work on this version of computers 03L 906 023 MS 9977

After injector coding you need also to do Adapting injector minimum deviation quantity post a vcds full scan so i can check if new ecu sw is compatible with your car

hi thank you for sharing. for the calculator it is still the same 03L 906 023 MS but the H is deferant to the old calculator 8843
and the new one is 9977

Start with what Stefan said,
Start engine, enter diagnostic, login 27971, go to basic setting, at end of list is Injector minimum quantity adaptation, click on that, then GO, then clutch+brake, then release, then full throttle, release - process started, takes up to 20 minutes, dont worry about revving and weird ticking noises, after adaptation is done check the result, if ok then you are lucky, if no then you got some things to do and check...
