can the official BMW dealer programa a used KAFAS4 camera module? With original ISTA? Without 3rd party virgin solution? Coding E + F Modelles in near from Graz, Austria

I know the solution to virginize kafas4 myself. But I would like to know, if the dealer can program a used KAFAS4 with his ISTA online? Or am I the only solution with my non-ISTA solution.
