Hi eveyone,

My mini has a problem with throttle. I'm getting these errors from ISTA/D :

28A3, 28A5, 2B02, 2B06, 2B0B, 2B22, 2B4D, 2B4E, 2B6D, 2BD3

When i've started car, rpm goes to 2000 and downs again to 800-900 continuously. I fully press to throttle pedal but rpm cannot pass 2000.

DME shows throttle pedal position as %99,61 and pedal voltage 1 as 4,00V but pedal voltage 2 shows 0,07 when throttle pedal fully pressed.

Is my problem about throttle body or DME unit ? Do you have any idea about this issue ?

I suggest you check the oxygen sensor voltage,maybe a
ir leak from mainfold

No air leak in intake system...

I would try resetting the adaptation data in the dme then readapt the throttleand see what it does

I've tried resetting adaptation data in dme but nothing changed. Now finally i've found problem on temperature/pressure sensor on the intake system, which is one placed before throttle body. this sensor has causes short circuit on the dme cy320 power supply on the second voltage monitoring line. because of that my throttle body and other sensors not working properly and my dme throws voltage monitoring errors. I could not find this sensor in my country, because JCW version of this sensor never ordered in turkey. my friend found that on california mini service and he will be here in three days.. I'm happy for found the problem
