Hello, an Audi A3 with DEF instead of milage came in my shop some time ago,
I read cluster eeprom and immo data with carprog.
Then i read eeprom and immo from donor cluster(same part number), wrote immo data into donor cluster and car Starts, but i have problem that ABS control module started to scream that unit is incorrectly coded,

Then i read donor eepr+original immo data from donor cluster and wrote this eeprom into Original cluster, - now original cluster works, DEF is repaired, milage shows ok, but same problem as donor cluster, i have problem with ABS coding,

Since i dont have 100percent good file from original cluster (because it was corrupted) i dont understand what to do next,
I can make full read with VVDI if that would help to fix the dump, maybe someone can check and help?

There is no problem with ABS coding, problem is with cluster, i found few guys had same problem after cluster swap

Currently i gave donor cluster away since i dont need it and kept only original with correct milage and no DEF in cluster for now... trying to figure out what to do next - i will write ori corrupted dump back in cluster and check if ABS goes ok or not, because car came in fully unfunctional with dead battery so i didint check if abs was ok before i made changes ,

UPDATE with "original" corrupted eeprom which displays DEF ABS works and no dtc on ABS coding

your tool not transfer immo correct therefore abs store dtc.

I see, so maybe someone can help manually?
Because with ori cluster and corrupted eeprom abs works.
With ori cluster and donor eeprom plus ori immo data no DEF in cluster but problem with ABS, so some more things must be transferred from old eeprom

try to repair ori eeprom, make some mileage correction to see if def will gone, also you need to post 93c86 readed from chip, all files posted from you is obd.

Fixed it, spent some time trying to edit few things in eeprom, and got the baby running

So this eeprom worked for me, i took donor eepr with original immodata transfered by carprog and patiently edited some parts till got the result
