hello everyone, I would like to know if anyone has the solution to eliminate injector noise by reprogramming for 1.6 tdi engines. I heard that the rail pressure needs to be changed. I replaced all 4 injectors but it still makes a little noise

Did you make minimum quantity deviation adaptation after injector replacement? So as injector coding?

Not every software version on 1.6 can set the minimum amount of injection.

it is only noisy when under power.
These are used injectors that I took from a vehicle that was running perfectly well.

Your used injectors are the problem, i think its a CAY engine.
Look in measurment the Injection quantity deviation for each cylinder and post here the max value

Remove the return line little plastics “non return” valve. Its located on right side near a T junction, then repeat minimum quantity adaptation. I have resolved in some 1.6 tdi with this method prior refurbishing injectors and seals.
