I have downloaded it. How can I install it ? Do I need ISTA Launcher , iLean ?
How does it work? Can you please help me ?

If you don't have any license and don't want to buy, you could install 4.37 by Sedoy, then use launcher console to update only sdp and blp(don't put data_xxx files in update folder. You could search the launcher console thread on forum.

If you want to buy license from Sedoy, go back and see the banner on top of page. Then everything is very simple, just use the official launcher to update all the files to latest.
