1) What is the top version without dieselgate?
Currently, I think I have the oldest one, which is strange because in the history of the Audi Dealership there is information about the implementation of dieselgate 23x6, unless someone returned to the old version. I want to upload new ones because I have gearbox jerks from 2nd to 3rd gear, the oil in the gearbox has been changed and adaptation has been made.

2) where can I check what are the software versions after dieselgate in different controllers, the controller number/name often changes

3) which device will be best for automatic software updates and backups? I have Odis with 5044, vcp clone, kess and ktag clone, sm2 clone, What's better to buy?

Don't think the jerks in transmission are from software , especially when they are only between 2-3.
I would first flash SAME software over again , just to be sure software is original and then take it from there.

313hp has tiptronic, jerks between gears are from the valve block/solenoids.
First change oil and reset adaptation, if problem persists refurbish the valve block.

I changed the oil and deleted the adaptations, nothing changed

Then remove the valve body and disassemble it.
Probably you will find something like interruped separator plate, faulty solenoids or worn pucks.
Common problem on 6HP/8HP gearboxes.

There is no jerking when the engine is cold.
It doesn't jerk in sports S either (then it has high revs and it's ok)
Maybe you need to change the map in the gearbox to make it switch at higher speeds?

I told you, the problem is in the valve body.
When hot, things dilate.
It’s simple fisics, when cold they contract, when hot they dilate.

You can lie yourself and search the problem elsewhere but it’s useless.

it turned out that the engine ECU maps are done, I suspect that someone is also tinkering with the gearbox in the TCU, I have something to write software for the gearbox (Odis, VCP),
but I want to read the TCU first, what can I do with it? NVF/0BK/AL551 gearbox
Is there mileage in it? I have to check/change it
What can I do to do this? any cheap tool?
I have clones kess, ktag, sm2 pro, vcp, odis, upa-usb but they probably won't do it
